NYLON INSERT LOCKNUTS

Known as the "Red Ring of Reliability", the ESNA Nylon Insert Locknut provides a robust fastening solutions.

Precision crafted from plain steels to exotic materials to provide cost effective fastening solutions, these 250ºF fasteners ensure the nut remains in place after installation.

ESNA holds numerous industry/government/customer approvals to allow manufacture against a large variety of part series.  Available as a standard nylon insert, nylon cap, or metal cap, the nylon insert locknut has numerous configurations such as hex, heavy hex, spline/clinch and flange nuts. 

ALL METAL LOCK NUTS

Used in high temperature applications, ESNA All Metal Locknuts are manufactured from alloys that excel in high temperature applications that range up to 900ºF.

Made with an "all metal" locking feature, these nuts remain in place after installation by elliptically deforming the threads to provide prevailing torque against the mating bolt.

These all metal fasteners consist of many styles, finishes, hex configurations, and are approved/qualified for manufacture by ESNA to numerous industry standards such as NASM, NAS, and MS.  ESNA retains numerous customer approvals/qualifications to allow manufacturing of specific fastening solutions.  

RIVETS

Manufactured with the highest of precision, ESNA creates semi-tubular and tubular rivets for the leading engine manufacturers in the Aerospace industry.
